What Not to Eat When You Have Cellulite


Cellulite Causing Foods

It is essential if you are going to be successful in wining the war against cellulite you must be disciplined in what you not only should eat but what you shouldn't eat or ingest as a whole. Here's a list we've compiled of cellulite causing foods that women have found to be taboo.

  • Sugar
  • Alcohol
  • Saturated fat found in some butters
  • Red Meat- not good for the heart as well
  • Dairy Products
  • Processed foods- not only are bad for the skin but have been proven to be bad for heart health
  • Snacks with a high amount of salt- which means you'll have to give up those potato chips
  • Salted Peanuts
  • White pasta, Rice & white bread- you wanna stay away from this trio for the same reason you want to shun sugar
  • Canned Soups- have you seen how much sodium they pack in those cans?
  • Artificial Sweetners

    What's the take away from this post? It's simply this, much of what we've been told about salt, sugar and processed foods is not new, but now there's an awareness as to what those things do to a female's skin, you should have some extra impetus to avoid them.
